My name is Charlie, and I am a psychotherapeutic counsellor with a clinic based in East Hampshire. I am committed to offering a safe, grounded, and supportive space where people of all ages can explore their experiences, deepen their understanding of themselves, and move toward lasting change.

Trained humanistically, my approach is rooted in the belief that every person holds the capacity for growth when met with empathy, acceptance, and genuine connection. I integrate a range of therapeutic modalities to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring that our work together feels collaborative, tailored, and meaningful.

With specialist experience in abuse, addiction, and neurodiversity, I support clients who may be navigating complex emotional landscapes or long-standing patterns of difficulty. I also work with those experiencing depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, identity questions, trauma responses, and suicidal thoughts or ideation, offering a steady and compassionate presence as we explore what healing might look like for you.

My passion for helping others is at the heart of everything I do. I am deeply committed to creating a warm, respectful, and non-judgemental environment—a space where you can speak freely, feel truly heard, and develop the tools and resilience needed to move forward.

I am proud to be an accredited member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, recognised for working with both adults and children. This accreditation reflects my dedication to maintaining the highest standards of professional practice and ensuring that the care I offer is ethical, safe, and effective for individuals across the lifespan.

If you are seeking support, whether for yourself or a young person in your care, I am here to help you take the next step.
